The following is a list of crimes included in a police report by the Kutztown Borough Police Department from Sept. 2 to Sept. 8.

Sept. 2

A minor, 17, from Allentown was arrested for violation of the Borough Peace and Good Order Ordinance after an incident at the Turkey Hill located on W. Main St.

A male, 20, from Allentown was arrested for violating the Borough Open Container ordinance after an incident in the 300 block of Sander Alley.

A male, 19, of Turnersville, N.J. was arrested for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor after an incident at the 00 block of S. Whiteoak St.

A female, 18, from Plymouth Meeting, Pa. was arrested for charges of a minor presenting false identification for liquor after an incident at the Wine & Spirits Shoppe located on Constitution Blvd.

A report of a tire slashed on a vehicle located in the 300 block of W. Walnut St. the act of vandalism was investigated by police.

Sept. 3

A male, 20, of Ridley Park, Pa. was arrested for violation of the peace and good order ordinance after an incident in the 00 block of N. Whiteoak St.

Officers are investigating a report of vandalism when a window was reported broken at a residence in the 00 block of Noble St.

Sept. 4

Officers investigated a sign that had reportedly been damaged at Lamar D Bailey Barber Shop on Main St.

Officers investigated a report of theft after an item was reported missing from the front yard at a residence in the 300 block of Constitution Blvd.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a window had reportedly been broken when an incident occurred at a residence in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Sept. 5

A male, 22, of Lansdale, Pa. was arrested for public drunkenness after an incident occurred in the 400 block of W. Main St.

Officers arrested a female, 19, of Sparta, N.J. for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages after an incident in the 300 block of W. Main St.

A female, 20, of Jamison, Pa. was arrested for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages after an incident occurred in the 300 block of Sander Alley.

Officers investigated a report of theft from a vehicle after an item was reported missing while it was parked at a residence located in the 300 block of W. Main St.

Sept. 6

A male, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa. was arrested for violating the borough open container ordinance after an incident in the 00 block of N. Whiteoak St.

A male, 19, of Wayne, Pa. was arrested for a minor presenting false identification for liquor after an incident at the Wine & Spirits Shoppe on Constitution Blvd.

Sept. 8

A male, 22, of York, Pa. was arrested for violating the borough noise ordinance after an incident that occurred

in the 400 block of W. Walnut St. A disruptive conduct report was also issued, according to police reports.

A male, 19, from Easton, Pa. and a female, 19, of Abington, Pa. were arrested for violation of the borough peace and good order ordinance after an incident in the 400 block of W. Walnut St.
