Celebrating each other’s differences

On Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, KU’s Boxwood House and LGBTQ+ Resource Center held its annual Pridefest in MSU 218 from 11 a.m. to 3 p. m
“Pridefest is a huge celebration where folks get to come together and be able to be their authentic selves, as well as a chance for the KU campus to come together as a community,” said Christine Price, the advisor for the LGBTQ+ Resource Center when asked what Pridefest meant to her.
Vendors ranged from food and crafts to educational booths like Planned Parenthood and the Multicultural Center.
This Pridefest was the first for Allies of Kutztown President, Eli Grace.
“I’m so happy that everyone is here together and having fun,” Grace said.
