A student-written performance

By Jalal Muhammad

On Monday, April 6 at 7 p.m. in the MSU Alumni Auditorium, Actors Creating Theater (ACT) will host its Spring 2026 student-written show performance, “Any Time, Any Way.” The production is written and directed by Lynda Feustel, with Kaitlyn Haines serving as assistant director. Admission is free, and doors open at 6:30 p.m.

ACT’s Student Written Shows are productions created entirely by students, who develop their own scripts and cast fellow students to portray the characters they’ve imagined.

“Any Time, Any Way” is a prequel to last year’s ACT student-written production, “Waystation,” which followed a cast reunion years after the original sci-fi series. This prequel shifts focus back to the height of the show in the 1990s, presenting a showcase of Season 4, Episode 24: “Any Time, Any Way.” Blending backstage antics with pre-recorded scenes, the production weaves together humor, action, drama, and more.
