By The Keystone Newspaper Residents showcase Halloween spirit

The Optimist Club of Kutztown will host its Trick-or-Treat on Main Street on Oct. 22 from 6 to 8 p.m., spanning from Constitution Boulevard to College Boulevard. A costume contest will take place at 7:30 p.m. on the corner of Whiteoak Street and Main Street. The rain date is Oct. 29.
To prepare for trick-or-treaters, residents of the borough have been showcasing their best Halloween displays, featuring Ghostbusters scenes, skeleton graveyards, and giant spider webs.
