KU’s Office of Student Involvement is actively hiring student Event Coordinators.
Event Coordinators take an active role in the organization, planning and facilitation of events and activities hosted by both the KU OSI and KU Activities Board. Duties include office tasks, painting banners, publicizing events and working events.
An ideal candidate is a hardworking and creative student with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Candidates must also be available to work during the week and collaborate with a team.
Additional preferred qualifications include the following: willingness to work during the day as well as some evenings, artistic abilities and general knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Students can apply through KU’s Engage page.
